We are looking for a B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves selling our products to businesses, retailers, wholesalers, and distributors. This is a target-based sales role with attractive incentive opportunities.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential B2B clients (retailers, wholesalers, distributors).
Present and promote company products effectively.
Achieve assigned monthly/weekly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals professionally.
Prepare sales reports and update client records regularly.

🔹 Salary & Incentives:

Fixed In-Hand Salary.
Attractive incentives on achieving targets.
If monthly targets are not achieved, salary adjustments/deductions may apply as per company policy.

🔹 Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 10+2 (Higher Secondary Pass)
Basic communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in dealing with business clients.
Target-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and achieve goals.
