Position: Telecaller

Location: Noida Sector 3

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Min 1 Year(Same Industry)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Week Off: Sunday

Gender Preference: Female

• Good communication skills in Hindi & English

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented

• Telecalling experience preferred

• Basic computer knowledge

• Strong follow-up and lead generation skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients

• Explain services related to business loans, working capital, term loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other financial products

• Handle B2C customer interactions and guide clients regarding suitable financial solutions

• Generate leads and schedule appointments

• Maintain call records and regular follow-ups

• Achieve calling and lead generation targets

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
