We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling B2B sales calls, and converting prospects into customers through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Generate new leads through cold calling, databases, referrals, and online sources
Handle outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients
Identify customer needs and pitch company products/services accordingly
Follow up with potential clients and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team, if required
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM or tracking sheets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients
Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends
Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or B2B sales (freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in cold calling and handling objections
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Excel is a plus
