Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate new leads for residential/commercial properties
• Arrange and conduct site visits with clients
• Explain property details, pricing, and payment plans to customers
• Negotiate deals and close property sales
• Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams
• Ensure timely follow-up and customer satisfaction
• Maintain records of sales activities and client data
Requirements & Skills:
• Proven experience in real estate sales (preferred)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong customer handling abilities
• Knowledge of local real estate market
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, CRM is a plus)
