Job Title: Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our award and recognition programs.

Generate leads and convert prospects into successful registrations.

Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.

Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Job Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

6 months to 1 year of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development.

Excellent Hindi communication skills (English communication is an added advantage).

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
