dentify and develop potential residential, commercial, and industrial solar customers.
Meet clients and understand their electricity/solar requirements.
Explain solar products, systems, benefits, ROI, and installation process to customers.
Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate with the technical, installation, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain regular updates of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Requirements
Solar Industry experience is mandatory.
Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience in Solar / Renewable Energy preferred.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer-handling and convincing abilities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of solar products, rooftop solar systems, or solar EPC will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is preferred.
