Position :- Telesales Executive
Department :- Sales
Job Summary :- We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to connect with prospective customers, explain our products and services, generate sales, and maintain strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :-
Explain products, services, offers, and benefits clearly.
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Follow up with interested customers until closure.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Resolve customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
Required Skills :-
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email, CRM).
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
