Roles and Responsibilities:
· Call prospective students to confirm seminar/event registrations and provide necessary assistance.
· Engage with students to assess their interest in studying abroad and qualify leads for counseling.
· Maintain accurate and detailed interaction records in the CRM.
· Conduct regular follow-ups with students to ensure updates, responses, and engagement.
· Build and maintain a database of prospective students with up-to-date information.
· Achieve daily calling targets of 200–250 calls to qualify leads effectively.
· Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure smooth lead handovers.
