We are looking for a motivated Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team at Trivinetratech Solutions. This role involves connecting with potential clients, promoting our digital marketing services, and driving sales conversions.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain digital marketing services.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into customers.
Maintain and update customer databases and call records accurately.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships to close sales.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.

✅ Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: Fresher to 6+ years in telesales/telecalling (preferred)
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
