Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Actively prospect, pitch, and close sales for mobile phones and related tech accessories.

• Lead Generation: Utilize social media platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook), local networks, and field marketing to find potential buyers.

• Customer Consultation: Understand customer needs and recommend the right mobile devices and tech solutions.

• Relationship Management: Provide excellent customer service to build trust, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

• Deal Closing: Manage the sales process from the initial pitch to securing the order, including coordinating payment options like Cash on Delivery (COD).
