We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Switch It Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹10,000 - ₹20,000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

• Present and demonstrate the company's products and services.

• Onboard new business partners to the platform.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets.

• Follow up on leads and convert them into active customers.

• Coordinate with the operations and support teams for smooth onboarding.

• Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/software.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 3 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
