We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team at Switch It Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹8,000 - ₹15,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Generate new leads through references, and market surveys.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Negotiate pricing, schemes, and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Required Skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of FMCG distribution channels.
Ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 1 years of experience. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
