Job Profile: Renewal & Retention Process
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 + Attractive Incentives
Language Requirement: Fluency in Hindi + any one of the following regional languages is compulsory:
Tamil / Marathi / Gujarati / Punjabi / Bengali
Key Responsibilities
Connect with existing delivery partners and drivers to remind them about plan expiries and recharge due dates.
Convince inactive or lapsed partners to renew and recharge their service plans.
Clearly explain various recharge plans, benefits, and ongoing promotional offers.
Build and maintain strong relationships to maximize partner retention rates.
Address customer objections, resolve queries, and update daily call records in the CRM system.
Meet daily/monthly outreach and retention targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
Experience: Experience in tele-calling, customer retention, or sales is preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
A target-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up discipline.
