Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecallers/Telesales Executives to join our growing team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, engaging with prospective clients, and converting business opportunities through effective communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and business clients.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
Explain company services and offerings to prospective customers.
Schedule meetings and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
Follow up with interested prospects and convert them into customers.

Graduate or Post Graduate
6 Months to 2 Years of Experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Lead Generation, or B2B Sales
Strong communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with outbound and cold calling
Basic MS Excel and computer knowledge
Good customer handling and negotiation skills
