Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive (Telesales) to drive sales in the printing industry through outbound calls, lead follow-ups, and coordination with the field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients (IndiaMART, exhibitions, Google leads, etc.)
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads regularly
Promote and sell printing products and services
Coordinate with field sales team for client visits and demos
Prepare quotations with accurate pricing and timelines
Maintain records of all interactions in CRM
Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business
Achieve monthly sales targets
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills (regional language + English preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Sales and negotiation skills
Understanding of printing products (preferred)
Eligibility:
Graduate (any discipline)
Languages Required:
Telugu, Bengali, Kannada, Tamil, Marathi, and English (any regional language preferred)
