About the Role
SARVD Academy is looking for an experienced Senior TeleSales Executive to lead student admissions by counselling parents and students, converting qualified leads into enrollments, and mentoring junior telesales executives.
This is a performance-driven, commission-based, part-time role suitable for candidates with strong communication and sales skills in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
Contact assigned leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Counsel parents and students about SARVD Academy's programs.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Schedule demo classes and follow-up with prospects.
Convert demo attendees into paid enrollments.
Maintain accurate CRM and lead records.
Mentor junior telesales executives and share best practices.
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the academic and admissions teams.

Eligibility
Minimum Graduate (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in telesales, education counselling, or EdTech sales.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is an advantage).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Laptop/Smartphone with stable internet connection.
Ability to work independently from home.

Compensation
This is a commission-based role.
₹150 for every successful demo attended.
₹350 for every successful student enrollment.
Total earning per successful admission: ₹500.
Performance Bonus
Sell 30 courses in a month: ₹2,000 Bonus
Sell 50 courses in a month: ₹5,000 Bonus
Top performers may receive additional incentives and leadership opportunities.
