Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Share Market/Stock Market sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, explaining company services and market-related products, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.

• Explain company services, products, and market-related offerings in a clear and professional manner.

• Generate leads and convert potential customers through effective communication.

• Follow up regularly with interested prospects.

• Understand client requirements and provide appropriate information.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

• Coordinate with the sales and other relevant teams for smooth client onboarding.

• Handle client queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

• Follow company policies, processes, and applicable compliance guidelines.

Required Skills

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Strong sales and customer-handling skills.

• Basic knowledge or interest in the share/stock market.

• Ability to work with sales targets.

• Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.

Eligibility

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Experience: Fresher candidates can apply; relevant telesales experience will be an advantage.

• Candidates with experience in stock market, financial services, or telesales will be preferred.
