Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell Personal Loan products to potential customers.

Explain loan features, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements to customers.

Assist customers in completing the loan application process.

Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and existing customers.

Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.

Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
