### 📝 Job Summary:

Wishfin Pvt. Ltd. is hiring Telesales Representatives for its outbound sales process. The role involves interacting with customers who have applied for or shown interest in financial products such as loans. Candidates will assist customers, provide product guidance, and connect them with suitable banks or financial institutions. The position requires strong communication skills, a sales-driven approach, and basic knowledge of financial products.

1. Make outbound calls to prospective customers

2. Connect with customers who have applied for or shown interest in loans and financial products

3. Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable financial solutions

4. Assist customers with loans, insurance, and over draft.

5. Maintain a positive customer experience and achieve sales

### ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate

• Good communication skills

1. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

3. Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

5. Prior experience in B2C sales will be an added advantage
