We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our expanding team at Mudra Financial Services, where we specialize in providing personalized loan solutions to our clients. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and closing sales over the phone, specifically focusing on our personal loan offerings.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our personal loan products and 

generate leads.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their financial needs and preferences.

- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.

- Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding personal loan eligibility, terms, and application process.

- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate repeat business.

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.
