### Job Description
We are looking for Female Telesales Executives to join our Life Insurance – Banca Channel team.
### Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to customers and generate interest in life insurance products.
• Explain insurance plans, benefits, and features to customers.
• Follow up on leads provided through the bank/banca channel.
• Convert leads into life insurance business.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
• Maintain regular customer follow-ups and update records.
• Coordinate with the banca/branch team for lead generation and conversion.
### Candidate Profile
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with telesales and target-based work.
Prior experience in •life insurance, banking, financial services, telesales, or inside sales•• will be an advantage.
• Female candidates required.
### Salary
CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA + Incentives
