Assistant Team Leader – Customer Support
Company: Artfills Online Learning Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Nashik
Work Mode: Work from Office
Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Saturday & Sunday Working)
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
### About the Role
Artfills is looking for a target-oriented Assistant Team Leader – Customer Support to manage a team of 3–4 members and drive smooth class booking operations.
### Key Responsibilities
• Manage and guide a team of 3–4 Customer Support Executives.
Drive
•daily class bookings and team targets
• Monitor calls, follow-ups, bookings and team performance.
• Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth class scheduling and bookings.
• Coach team members and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
### Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree/12th Pass
• 1+ years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Inside Sales or similar roles.
Experience managing a •3–4 member team••.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Target and result-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and data-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• EdTech experience will be an added advantage.
