Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
Explain M.B. Technologies' services, including CRM Software, Website Development, Digital Marketing, WhatsApp Automation, and AI Solutions.
Follow up with existing and prospective clients to nurture business opportunities.
Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for the sales team.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system regularly.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Handle customer queries professionally and build long-term relationships.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the communication process.
