Job Description – Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive
Department: Sales
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Bhawarkua, Veda Business Park, Indore (M.P.)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Explain the company’s products/services clearly and professionally.

• Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.

• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Eligibility & Skills

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Hindi and English communication preferred.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.

• Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or stock-market-related sales will be an advantage.
