Job Title: Telesales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will contact potential and existing customers by phone, explain products or services, answer customer questions, and close sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain products, services, and promotional offers.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow up on leads and existing customers to maximize sales opportunities.

• Handle customer objections professionally and negotiate when appropriate.

• Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.

• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
