Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-oriented Telesales Executive to generate sales opportunities, develop customer relationships, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into confirmed orders for our industrial tools and automotive workshop equipment business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Lead Generation

- Generate new business through outbound calling.

- Handle incoming customer enquiries.

- Identify potential customers, workshops, dealers and industrial clients.

- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

- Maintain regular communication with existing customers.

- Follow up on quotations, pending orders and repeat business.

- Develop long-term customer relationships.

- Promote new products and special offers.

3. Sales Coordination

- Prepare and share quotations with customers.

- Coordinate with field sales, dispatch and accounts teams.

- Follow up on order confirmations, dispatches and outstanding payments.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

4. CRM & Reporting

- Update daily calling activities in CRM software.

- Maintain enquiry, quotation and follow-up records.

- Submit daily sales activity and conversion reports.

- Track sales targets and pending opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales or B2B sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, email and CRM software.

Strong customer follow-up and sales closing abilities.

Experience in industrial tools, automotive aftermarket or workshop equipment will be preferred.

Graduate in any discipline.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Daily outbound calls and customer follow-ups.

New qualified leads generated.

Quotation-to-order conversion rate.

Monthly sales target achievement.

Repeat orders and customer retention.

Timely CRM updates and reporting.

Compensation

₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and interview performance.
