•Job Summary•
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and promote stock market and investment-related services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and persuasion skills with a strong interest in financial markets.
•Key Responsibilities•
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using company-provided leads.
Explain stock market products and investment services to potential customers.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team or relationship managers.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and/or English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of the stock market, equity, mutual funds, or financial products is preferred.
Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
•Educational Qualification•
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, or Business preferred).
12th Pass candidates with relevant telesales experience may also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in telesales, financial services, insurance, broking, or investment advisory.
Knowledge of NSE, BSE, Demat accounts, trading platforms, and investment products is an added advantage.
