Telesales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and energetic Telesales Executives to join our team. This is a 100% remote (Work From Home) position. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming customer inquiries, provide product information, and convert calls into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound Calls: Attend calls from potential customers interested in our Ayurvedic products.

• Product Consultation: Explain the benefits, ingredients, and usage of our medicines clearly to customers.

• Sales & Order Booking: Use convincing skills to close sales and accurately record customer order details.

• Relationship Management: Build trust with customers by addressing their health concerns professionally.

Requirements & Skills

• Excellent Communication: Fluency in Hindi (English or other regional languages is a plus).

• Convincing Power: Strong ability to persuade and influence customer buying decisions.

• Experience: Prior experience in Telesales, Customer Support, or the Healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.

• Infrastructure: Must have a personal mobile phone and a quiet environment to work.

Salary & Benefits (Commission-Based)

This is a performance-oriented role with high earning potential.

• Commission: ₹100 per bottle (Paid on every successfully delivered order).

• Earning Potential: Active executives can easily earn between ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
