Position: Tele sales executive
Location: Indore MP

Qualifications
MBA in Marketing or a related field
Freshers are welcome to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
Basic understanding of digital marketing services will be an added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities
1 Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain company products and services and generate sales opportunities.
2 Identify customer needs, provide suitable solutions, and effectively handle objections to close sales.
3 Maintain and update customer information, call records, and sales activities in the CRM system.
4. Follow up with leads and existing customers to build strong relationships and maximize conversions.
5 Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as assigned by the management.
6 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and timely resolution of customer queries.
