Job Summary :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calling. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, handling customer queries, and closing sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company products and services clearly.
Follow up on leads and maintain customer relationships.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections professionally.
Maintain records of calls and sales in CRM or Excel.
Coordinate with the sales team for closures and support.
Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Experience in telesales/customer service is preferred.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
