Remote Telesales Specialist (Indian National)

Working Hours:

11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (India Time), 1 hour break included.

1 day off per week (usually Saturday).

Base Salary: 25,000 INR/month

Trial Period

Duration: 15 days (from start date)

Daily: 40 valid calls (≥1 min each), full attendance

Target: 4 second deposits

Note: No salary if trial targets are not met

After Trial

Daily: 40 valid calls (≥1 min each)

Weekly Target (Second Deposits):

Month 1: 3 | Month 2: 6 | Month 3+: 9

Monthly Target (Valid Players):

Month 1: 4 | Month 2: 8 | Month 3+: 12

Bonus

From Month 3: 2000 INR per extra valid player above 12

Month 1–2: 1000 INR per extra player

Example:

25 valid players

Bonus = (25 − 12) × 2000 = 26,000 INR

Requirements : At least 1 year telesales experience

Notes

Attendance, violations, call/chat quality may result in penalties (according to QC rules).

Failure to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets = termination.

Policy may be adjusted based on actual performance.

Requirement:

Own Windows PC, clear headset, and quiet working environment.
