About the Role

Bharat Cred Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executives to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Personal Loans (PL) and Overdraft (OD) sales and possess excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Eligibility

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Loans (PL) and Overdraft (OD) sales.

- Age: 21–30 years.

- Gender: Male & Female candidates are welcome to apply.

- Strong communication and convincing skills.

- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience will be an added advantage.

Salary

Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, interview performance, and overall suitability.

- 1 year of experience: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Attractive Incentives.

- 2 years of experience: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Attractive Incentives.

- 3+ years of experience: ₹25,000+ per month + Attractive Incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound cold calls to potential customers.

- Generate and qualify leads for Personal Loans and Overdraft (OD) products.

- Explain product features, benefits, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

- Build rapport with customers and understand their financial requirements.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful sales.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism.
