Job Title: Telemarketing Executive (TME) – Office Based

Job Summary:

We are hiring Telemarketing Executives (TME) for our Chandigarh office to perform cold calling, generate leads, and onboard new clients. Candidates should have good communication skills, a go-getter attitude, and basic computer knowledge. Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Post-Graduate (BBA, BCom, BA, BSc, MBA, BTech, BE, PGDM, PGDBM, etc.)

• Age: 18 – 34 years

• Fresher / Undergrad with up to 1 year experience also eligible

• Only Females required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform outbound cold calling to generate business leads

• Onboard new clients

• Promote and sell products and services using appropriate methods

• Maintain good communication in English and Regional Language

• Ensure effective documentation of leads and interactions

Skill Set Required:

• Good communication and convincing skills

• Go-getter attitude

• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing methods

• Basic computer proficiency

• Outbound calling or sales experience (preferred but not mandatory)
