Telemarketing Executives

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertisements for Hair Transplant, Hair PRP, GFC, Hair Regrowth, and Skin Treatments. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective patients, understanding their concerns, scheduling consultations, maintaining CRM records, and ensuring maximum patient walk-ins and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

• Call all fresh leads received through Meta Ads within 5 minutes of lead generation.

• Explain Hair Transplant, PRP, GFC, and Hair Regrowth treatments.

• Understand patient concerns and requirements.

• Qualify leads based on age, hair loss stage, budget, and treatment interest.

• Schedule clinic visits and doctor consultations.

Follow-up & Conversion

• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects.

• Handle objections and educate patients about treatment benefits.

• Convert inquiries into clinic appointments.

• Re-engage old and dormant leads.

CRM Management

• Update lead status in CRM daily.

• Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.

• Track appointment bookings, walk-ins, and conversions.

• Generate daily call reports.

Patient Coordination

• Send appointment confirmations via WhatsApp.

• Coordinate with clinic staff regarding scheduled consultations.

• Assist patients with treatment-related queries.

• Fresh Leads Contacted: 100%

• Outbound Calls: 80–120 per day

• Follow-up Calls: 40–60 per day

• Appointment Bookings: As per target

• CRM Updates: 100% Compliance

• WhatsApp Follow-ups: Daily

## Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi.

• Basic English communication preferred.

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Good follow-up and objection-handling skills.

• Knowledge of CRM software.

• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business, Excel, and Google Sheets.

• Customer-centric approach.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass.

• Graduate preferred.

Experience

• 6mths–3 years in Telecalling, Telesales, Lead Generation, or Customer Service.

• Experience in Hair Transplant, Healthcare, Clinic, Cosmetic, or Aesthetic Industry preferred.

Salary

• Fixed Salary: As per experience.

Working Hours

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

• 6 Days Working
