Role Overview

We are looking for confident and customer-focused individuals for the role of Client Relationship Executive.

This is not a aggressive cold-calling role. We work with interested and warm clients, where your focus will be on understanding customer requirements, solving problems, building trust, and guiding clients toward the right solutions.

If you have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy helping people, this role offers excellent learning and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and provide proper consultation

• Build strong and professional client relationships

• Assist customers with insurance-related guidance and resolutions

• Suggest suitable upgrades or better solutions when beneficial

• Maintain regular follow-ups and professional communication

• Deliver a transparent and customer-first experience

• Work closely with the team to achieve performance goals

Skills Required

• Confidence in handling customer conversations

• Basic sales/client handling knowledge is a plus

Working Days & Timings

Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
