he Team Leader – Used Car Loan Department is responsible for leading a team of sales executives or relationship managers to achieve used car loan business targets. The role involves driving sales, managing customer relationships, ensuring compliance with lending policies, coordinating with dealers and channel partners, and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and monitor a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
Develop and implement strategies to increase used car loan disbursements.
Build and maintain relationships with used car dealers, Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), and channel partners.
Guide the team in sourcing quality loan applications and generating new business opportunities.
