Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to manage and motivate our Tele-Sales team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving daily/monthly sales targets, monitoring team performance, improving conversion rates, and ensuring proper customer handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, guide, and motivate a team of Tele-Sales Executives.

• Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Track individual and team performance through reports/MIS.

• Monitor calls and provide regular feedback and coaching.

• Improve lead conversion, order confirmation, and sales performance.

• Handle customer objections and support the team in difficult calls.

• Ensure proper follow-up with leads and customers.

• Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.

• Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews.

• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.

• Coordinate with management, operations, and customer support teams.

• Ensure sales communication follows company guidelines and approved product information.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales performance reports for management.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Strong knowledge of Tele-Sales and B2C sales processes.

• Ability to motivate and manage a sales team.

• Good objection-handling and negotiation skills.

• Target-oriented and performance-driven approach.

• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic MIS reporting.

• Ability to analyze sales data and identify performance gaps.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
