Telecalling Executive – Digital Marketing & B2B Sales

Web Vyapar Solution Private Limited is looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecalling Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential business clients, generating leads, promoting our Digital Marketing and Website Development services, and converting prospects into customers. This role offers excellent growth opportunities along with attractive incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers.

• Generate and qualify B2B leads for Digital Marketing and IT services.

• Promote Website Development, SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, and Branding Services.

• Explain company services and pricing to prospective clients.

• Schedule meetings and follow up with interested customers.

• Maintain and update customer records in CRM, databases, and spreadsheets.

• Verify customer information and ensure data accuracy.

• Generate daily and weekly reports on leads and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion.

• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers can also apply)

• Good Communication and Convincing Skills.

• Knowledge of Telecalling, Lead Generation, and Client Follow-ups.

• Basic Computer Knowledge and MS Excel proficiency.

• Ability to achieve sales and lead generation targets.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
