Job Title: Telemarketing Executive – Solar Project Sales

Key Responsibilities
As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residential, commercial, and institutional clients. Your primary focus will be initiating interest and scheduling qualified consultations for our project engineering team.
Lead Generation & Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls daily to prospective clients (homeowners, housing society members, and businesses) using internal databases.
Pitching Solar Solutions: Clearly explain the economic and environmental benefits of switching to solar power, including ROI (Return on Investment), net metering, and government subsidies.
Lead Qualification: Qualify prospects by assessing their current monthly electricity bills, available roof space, and genuine interest in installing an on-grid solar system.
Appointment Scheduling: Secure and schedule high-quality appointments for our technical field sales experts or proposal teams.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all calls, customer responses, and scheduled follow-ups in our tracking system.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and weekly targets for outbound call volume, qualified leads, and booked consultations.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or cold-calling. Experience in Solar Sales, Real Estate, Insurance, or high-value B2B/B2C products is a major advantage.
Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi and a strong, clear command of English are essential to connect with local property owners and corporate clients.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and a warm, persuasive telephone manner.
Core Competencies: High resilience, capability to handle objections confidently, and a self-driven attitude toward hitting financial incentives.
Tech Savvy: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms.
