Job Description
NDR Group is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to convert leads into successful deals.
Responsibilities
Generate and manage leads through calls, references, and other sources.
Connect with prospective clients and explain real estate projects.
Schedule and coordinate site visits.
Follow up with customers and maintain long-term relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals.
Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Business Development preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills can also apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM is an advantage.
