We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at MANDOT SECURITIES. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹10,000 - ₹19,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Job Requirements:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Acquire and onboard new clients for Demat & Trading accounts
Explain stock market products and investment services to clients
Assist clients with Demat account opening, KYC, and documentation
Resolve client queries related to trading, investments, and account services
Cross-sell financial products such as Mutual Funds, IPOs, SIPs, and other investment solutions
Follow up with leads and ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Coordinate with internal teams to provide excellent customer service
Achieve monthly business targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
