Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive to join our team at Logincybernetics Llp. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers basic pay of ₹ 10,000 and varied based on experience for opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Reaching out to potential customers (cold calling) or existing leads (warm calling) to pitch products or services.
• ​Pitching: Explaining the features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
• ​Closing Deals: Guiding the customer through the initial stages of the sales funnel or setting up appointments for the senior sales team.
• Identifying Needs: Asking the right questions to understand what the customer actually wants.
• ​Handling Objections: Calmly addressing doubts or "no's" without being overly pushy.
• ​Follow-ups: Keeping the conversation alive by calling back at scheduled times to move the lead forward.
• Record Keeping: Updating the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software with accurate details of every call.
• Reporting: Providing daily, weekly, or monthly reports on call volume, successful conversions, and feedback.
• Database Hygiene: Ensuring contact information is current and removing "dead" leads.
• Script Adherence: Following the approved company script while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
• Compliance: Respecting "Do Not Disturb" (DND) registries and privacy laws to avoid legal hiccups for the company.
• Feedback Loop: Relaying common customer complaints or suggestions to the marketing and product teams.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience and Freshers with interest in this role. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
