About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Tele Caller to manage tele calling operations for personal loan and payday loan products. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with an NBFC, possess strong sales and customer-handling skills to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with Personal Loan and Payday Loan products and generate sales.

• Explain loan features, eligibility, documentation requirements, and resolve customer queries while providing excellent customer service.

• Follow up with prospective customers, maintain accurate CRM records, and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the Operations and Credit teams to ensure smooth and timely loan processing and disbursement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Prior experience in an NBFC, Fintech, or Personal Loan/Payday Loan industry is preferred.

• Good understanding of personal loan products, payday loans, customer acquisition, and sales processes.

• Excellent communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM systems, and computer operations.
