Job Title: Telecaller Executive

•Job Description•

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented •Telecaller Executives• to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make calls to candidates from the assigned database, explain the available work opportunities, understand their interest and requirements, and generate relevant responses for further processing.

This is a •calling-focused role with no direct sales target•. Candidates will be provided with the required database, calling process, scripts, training, and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Make •150–200 calls daily• to candidates from the assigned database.

• Clearly communicate the available job/work opportunities to interested candidates.

• Understand candidates' interest, basic eligibility, availability, and willingness to work.

• Generate relevant candidate responses and identify genuinely interested candidates.

• Conduct timely follow-ups with interested candidates.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, responses, follow-ups, and candidate status.

• Update the assigned calling database regularly as per the company's process.

• Follow the provided calling script, communication guidelines, and company process.

• Coordinate with the concerned team for candidates who are interested and eligible for the next stage.

• Achieve the assigned daily calling and candidate-response targets.

Candidate Profile

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable speaking with candidates over the phone

• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English

• Confident and professional communication style

• Ability to handle a high volume of calls on a daily basis

• Good follow-up and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
