We are looking for a Relationship Manager to join our team at Rising Trust Consultant. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Get a salary of ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads for home loans through direct sales, referrals, builders, brokers, and existing customers.
Meet customers and understand their home-loan requirements.
Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility, documentation, and repayment terms.
Collect and verify customer documents such as KYC, income proof, bank statements, and property documents.
Follow up with customers from application to sanction and disbursement.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly/quarterly home-loan sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records and provide regular reports to management. Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
