Full Time
The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to care attendants, nurses, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals, explaining Nema Carehub's marketplace proposition, addressing their questions and encouraging them to join the platform.
Key Responsibilities
· Make outbound calls to caregivers and healthcare professionals from the provided database.
· Speak with care attendants, nurses, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals and explain Nema Carehub’s platform.
· Convince interested caregivers to register and complete their profile on the platform.
· Follow up with interested or partially registered caregivers to complete onboarding.
· Handle questions, concerns and objections professionally.
· Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups and onboarding status.
· Coordinate with the operations/onboarding team for verification and profile activation.
· Achieve daily and monthly calling and caregiver onboarding targets.
· Maintain regular follow-ups with potential caregivers until successful onboarding.
