Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive business growth, generate leads, build strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and business development. Common BDE responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online channels.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

• Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate business deals.

• Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.

• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or a related role.

• Experience in lead generation and client handling will be preferred.
