We are looking for a professional and motivated Telecaller to join our Yoga Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, providing information about our yoga programs, and assisting in the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain yoga classes and wellness programs.

• Handle inbound inquiries from customers and provide accurate information about services.

• Follow up with interested leads and assist them in the registration process.

• Maintain proper records of calls, customer information, and feedback.

• Coordinate with the team to schedule trial classes or appointments.

• Build positive relationships with clients and maintain a professional approach during calls.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).

• Basic knowledge of mobile/computer and WhatsApp communication.

• Friendly personality with strong convincing skills.

• Ability to handle customer queries politely and professionally.

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
