BPO Telecaller

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented BPO Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining company services, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Explain products, services, and offers to customers.

Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

Follow up with interested candidates/customers.

Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/software.

Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Build and maintain good customer relationships.

Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Good convincing and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Qualifications:

Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
