Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer calls in a polite and professional manner
Answer customer questions and provide correct information
Resolve customer complaints and concerns patiently
Maintain records of customer interactions and updates
Follow up with customer when required
Coordinate with other teams to resolve complex issues
Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Job Requirements:
Freshers are welcome (training will be provided)
Good communication skills
Must be fluent in Hindi and Punjabi
Ability to handle customers calmly and confidently
Willingness to learn and grow in the customer support field
